Tony’s Monologue: Tony has been talking with the banks and getting information. They are saying this weekend is our weekend and it should go Friday evening or Saturday morning. They are still exchanging people, but they are saying we are next. They have sent memos out to get all their people ready, they did some final testing on things, and they are getting their people ready for us to come in. Tony feels that we are definitely at the end of this. This was all yesterday. Tony was getting calls today with information. One guy had an exchange appointment at 5pm eastern. Tony started getting bank numbers. That it is going to go tomorrow or Sunday. That it is going to start. The guy did go to the bank today. Tony got information from the IMF, UN, the banks, and from everybody. It is done and they are paying out in tiers. They have been paying out tiers/VIPs since last Wednesday. Tony was given rates, dates, and amounts. The guy that went to his appointment was offered 3.91 for the dinar, get 10% today with the rest being ready on Tuesday or Wednesday. This guy had well over 100 million dinar. This guy also had other currency. The bank said they did have some practice runs that they needed to do which makes this real because they are exchanging. This exchange was in Houston. He was also told that he can exchange now or wait until next week when the rate will be higher. The bank rate was 3.28 for dinar earlier today. After 5 pm it was 3.91. These were the rates on the screen while they were processing this guy: VND - .47, Rupiah - 1.47, Bolivar - .83, ZIM - .00000011. Apparently, this guy only found out a week ago and did not know about the higher rates. The plan is for things to start tomorrow. Either 800 numbers tomorrow and we start tomorrow or 800 numbers tonight and we start tomorrow. The Fed is saying they will be doing exchanges on Sunday. Iraq did get their 72 hours which was over today. This is why they were paying the contractors, and their budget had been released. All currency reveals are to start today with exchanges on Sunday. It won’t be on FOREX until after we are done exchanging. This doesn’t make sense because we won’t be done exchanging. This was from one fed person. They could send it out sometime tonight or tomorrow morning. They are saying they want to start exchanging tomorrow. The bankers were notified that there were exchanges happening in Iraq which got them excited. They are saying that the rate will come out tomorrow and that they won’t change the rate on FOREX until after this is over Wednesday or Thursday. The bank assured Tony that we won’t be finished by Wednesday or Thursday. Tony is waiting right now for an authorization number. Each tier has a different number. He is waiting for his authorization number that can be given to us for certain exchange rates and interest rates. The guy at the bank today was told that he would qualify for the 20 to 25% interest rate with the 100s of millions that he has. In four to five years the money doubles at these interest rates. This guy also reported that the rate will double by Monday. 7 dollars here and 3.28 in Iraq. A lot of information and a lot of excitement at every level.

-            What is the Afghani rate? The rate is 2.39.

-            Why are we worried about the rate when we can get the contract rate? Tony was amazed that it would double that quickly. You need to ask for the highest rate available and remember the rates that have been talked about.

-            Tony’s contact just landed in Baghdad, they are confiscating all US dollars being smuggled, and the dollars that he had on him were exchanged at a prorated rate of 2.47 and he will get the balance in a couple of days when it changes for the citizens. He also said to be careful at the exchange, keep it on your side of the table, keep it in your sight, go to the backroom when they count it and if they won’t let you pick up all your money, and walk out. A lot of bank employees will be upset when all this goes down. Same goes for if they won’t give you a rate that you know is available.

-            The guy at the bank didn’t take it but he is supposed to go back Monday or Tuesday and get 7 dollars for it. A contractor told Tony that he got 3.28 and that there will be a higher rate next week of 7 dollars. This explains where the higher rate came from.

-            If you get 800 numbers tonight, are you going to wait until tomorrow for the call? If Tony gets the 800 number later tonight, he will try to do a call tonight.

-            As a multibillionaire will you qualify for an interest rate higher than 25%? Yes, it will be higher than that and Tony already knows what he will get. The guy exchanging today had over 200 million dinar and other currencies and easily qualified for the 20 to 25%. There is another way to do this that Tony might share with us. Take into the exchange information about fractional banking and overnights.

-            How will we be notified about the rv call? Text, email, and Tweet for notification of the time when the rv call will happen. After the call we should receive an email with a written version.
