Tony’s Monologue: The information has not changed much since Monday. We are all frustrated. A couple of things have happened. Yesterday Iraq put out an article saying that the US has cut them off from the US dollar. This means there are no more physical dollars going to Iraq. Their concern now is how do they fix this and what the rate will do. Tony likes the article because they do not have any options and have to change the rate. This was done as a precursor to the rate change, to cut off Iran from the dollar smuggling, and it was done to further force people into the digital system. It also forced them into a funnel since they can’t stop the smuggling but allows the US to pinpoint it and stop it. Nothing has changed yet or so far today. All day yesterday, Tony and bank personnel sat around waiting on the rv announcement. It went live at 3 am and it was signed off and signaled at 6 am. Even with that we are still waiting on it today. The good news is that they are all still sitting there waiting. They are still being told any minute. Some are being told Thursday and this weekend. Some are being told to quit asking. Three letter agencies are being told any minute, that it was supposed to be completed yesterday, that there was a hiccup, and even today they are sitting there waiting for it to happen. They don’t know the moment but believe that it will be today. Especially after the Iraqi announcement today. Tony is hoping that this all comes true. The only thing that we could be waiting for is what is going on over here. This could be the accounting for all the money and it to be moved. Everyone knew there would be an issue once Trump got into office and it is an issue now. Even though they are saying it is a go, they don’t know why it is not going. The UN, IMF, etc. are saying that it is all done and don’t know why it is not moving. The ability for the rv to happen is 100% there. We just need to wait for someone to say we don’t care where this money is coming from or going. We are just waiting now for a public announcement of Iraq being cut off from receiving physical dollars here in the US. Iraq has also said that they will do what they need to do to protect their country and stay on the good side of the US. We don’t know what is going to happen in the Middle East. Things could change between Palestine and Israel.

-            Do they have to get the okay all over again after it doesn’t go, and do they follow any particular protocol? As Tony understands, it is set up to go between 1 and 4 am. Today it was a go at 3am. Then they get feedback from all the countries involved. It was signed off at 6 am. Tony doesn’t know who is giving the final okay or is stopping it.

-            What is the Iraqi mindset at the moment? Iraqi citizens are used to this. They are getting information that we are not seeing. With the dollars being cut off over there something has to be ready to go here.

Wrap Up: Everything is right where it should be for this to happen at any moment. Tony liked hearing that no one was leaving for lunch and was told to stay in place. Relax and go about your business. Everything that we have been waiting for has been completed. No one is arguing over anything because they are all saying it is done. Be positive and ready.
