Tony’s Monologue: Will hurricane Milton affect the rv? Tony was talking to bank people yesterday and they feel that we could still have the rv even if Florida is severely impacted. We don’t know what is going on in Iraq or the rest of the world as far as this goes. The rv has been ready for the last week and a half, and it hasn’t gone. There are things going on that have to be questioned. Sudani is telling his people to stay out of anything going on between Israel and Iran. Tony has not heard anything about the meeting that just took place between biden and Netanyahu. Iraq is getting great news in the mosques this morning and yesterday. The articles coming out are talking about removing the three zeros and that it is about to come out. They keep telling them this, so they know how close they are. Today is the 9th of October and the plan is to see this in the next six days. Tony believes this because they just had a meeting an hour ago. They made decisions and agreements, and it was also affected by the biden/Netanyahu meeting. This includes some changes in the banking world, changes Iraq has made in international banking, some committees to fight smuggling and corruption, and deadlines they have set for their banking community. Iraq can do and say all this, but it won’t be released until the US says so. Even though Iraq is ready and qualified, which is backed up by an article saying they met every requirement for the WTO, this also means they have a rate change. They want to announce that they are back in, but they haven’t yet. Biden is talking with Iraq and sent them five warning letters in the last 72 hours to stay out of anything between Israel and Iran. This was done because people were still making comments. Israel did put out a list of who they are going to target and one of them is an Iraqi religious leader. Our respective foreign ministers have talked and come up with a plan. They are still waiting to hear what was worked out in the biden and Netanyahu meeting. Hezbollah has asked for a ceasefire and so has Hamas. They are not even asking for any conditions. Tony has heard that everything is good. Tony was told yesterday that everything was good, everyone was briefed, and things will be happening on the 15th of October. This should happen before that. Today, Tony got a call saying that it can go at any moment after 2pm eastern. The door is wide open because of the meeting that was held today. This is the history we have lived through, and it explains why we haven’t had the rv yet. Nothing is holding this up except for what we have been talking about. The banks have the rate, and it is 3.91 for the dinar. It supposedly won’t drop below 3.57. If other things happen it should go up. Tony is still going to get his briefing and will get an hour notice before it goes. We are in a good spot. Tony wants us to be excited because it is almost 2pm eastern. There’s still the question of hurricane Milton and if the rv will go while that is happening. The possibility of today is greater than later. Bottom line, supposedly biden and Netanyahu have worked it out and it is a good thing. Supposedly everything is going forward, and this is about to end. We will be able to move to the next stage of this. This is no longer about the banks, Iraq, or the WTO. It is currently all about politics and that we have to get over it. It sounds like they are going to release this to us. Too many countries have too much involvement in this for this not to go. Iraq is pushing for it just like everyone else. Be excited and be happy. Know that the window opens after 2 pm but Tony doesn’t know the exact moment. They have a time for it to happen and possibly in the next 72 hours.

-            What is the significance of October the 15th? There is something significant about it, but Tony was told not to talk about it. 

-            Has anyone seen the lower denoms? They are still in the ATMs but not out on the streets. Have they been paid? The people in Kurdistan were paid last Saturday or Sunday and they could use the new rate on Tuesday. Yesterday, the military was paid. 

-            There is a high probability of it happening today. Tony was told that the meeting was a good/great meeting and that is why the widow opened today. This is why they are trying to push this thing out. 

-            The 6 days are occurring in the banking system and won’t happen without the rv. The 72 hours is from a three-letter agency, and it was based on the biden/Netanyahu meeting from today. 

Wrap Up: There is a real possibility that we could see this in the next couple of hours or in the next 72 hours. They think it will be sometime today based on the agreement. If not, we know the rv is done, there is no requirement for anyone to do anything, and we are just waiting for it to go. Be ready, be motivated, and know what you need to do.
