Tony’s Monologue: The good news today is that there was no rv yesterday. Tony says that because of this, there is a chance it could be today. The information again is that it is done, waiting, and it doesn’t have to be approved again. The approval process is good between now and Monday. What are they waiting for then? They are waiting to receive a phone call or email that says go. Some good things are happening though. Iraq is making all kinds of good announcements of changes for Monday. Banking changes, budget getting processed, payments in Kurdistan, oil pipeline being opened back up, budget being approved and Sudani signing off for it to go into effect on Monday, and amendments to the budget going into effect on Monday. The banks have been told that the public should be able to see it on Monday. Banks are closed on Monday, but it could be up on FOREX. Tony was told that we were supposed to be able to see it yesterday or sometime this morning. Bank personnel were told that it is all hands on deck for Saturday morning. Somehow or another, our ten days was cut down to five days, which was then cut down to us going yesterday and getting as many of us through before Tuesday morning. Tony is not sure if they are just looking at TNT people or all the internet people. 2,000 makes sense between now and Tuesday but not 50,000. Tony feels that we should wait an hour or two so we can share information on the exchange. We will go on what information they give us and how it works. There is no rate on the screen currently and only a dash. Hopefully once it repopulates it will have the new rates. Yesterday they were looking for it after 3 but Tony still feels after 5 pm eastern. Again, we have been told that they were told to all be at work in the morning and expecting to see us.

-            Is Iraq wanting any ceremonies or changes in procedures? No, they are not talking about anything like that, changes to anything, and they are just wanting it done.

-            That first call is going to be on a different system and only facilitates a limited number of people.

Wrap Up: All of the information is saying that it is a go again, that it is a green light, and they have been waiting since yesterday morning to take it live. Yesterday, it was supposed to happen after 3 pm and it didn’t happen. We are waiting today. Everyone Tony has talked to is waiting, they have a notification, and they are waiting until after 3 pm. Tony doesn’t expect anything until after 5 pm. That’s if they start making appointments tonight. They are scheduled to be 100 percent staffed tomorrow morning. Tony thinks every location has that memo or email. It makes sense if it goes live so Iraq can make the announcements, publish articles for Sunday, and then their people can go. It makes more sense with everything they are going to talk about on Sunday, publish it in the gazette on Saturday, and for it to become law. It looks like we are at the very end but Tony doesn’t know what will happen in the next hour or day. Tony has heard that there will be more executive orders and some announcements to be made, but doesn’t know how things could be affected. Everyone else is ready for it to happen, expect it to happen, our banking system is in a position for it to happen, and that we all need it to happen. Be ready.
