Tony’s Monologue: Ever since Wednesday Tony has been told Saturday is when we are going to see it. All the managers and regional managers have been told to be fully staffed Saturday morning. Ray asked if it could be tonight, and Tony said it could be. They had a meeting and said that we will see it by Monday. So anytime between now and Monday. Three letter agencies are saying they are still paying people out. They were paying people yesterday and today. These are military personnel being paid as they put it, and money is flowing. We are just waiting for our turn. They are saying it is coming up right now. It could be tomorrow morning, or it could be Monday morning. Is there any bad news, no. Tony is going with that and that is what they are saying this morning. They are saying it is still green lighted and go, go, go. People have said that Trump is holding it up to look at where the money is going and trying to get something out of Syria. There is also some talk about moving troops around over there and giving the West bank and Gaza to Israel. Some Iraqis are upset about this. They are also upset about the guy they are claiming that "We the US" put in charge of Syria. Tony is still hoping that we see it in the morning. In this morning's meeting they were told simply that they would see it by Monday, and it would be in full force. Tony's confidence has not changed and there is no reason for them not to do it. The only question is if it is after 5pm today, sometime after midnight, or do we start at 8 am in the morning.

Q & A:

-            What kind of interest rate might we get if we have 20 M dinar exchanged at 28.50 for more than 500 M dollars? Tony thinks you will get over the 20% interest rate.

-            Tony received a phone call from the bank and they are saying not to listen to the noise, they did not get any other memos, and that it is going in the morning.

-            We need to be careful when we do this because there are unscrupulous wealth managers and bankers that will be upset about the rv and not being allowed or aware of this before it happened.

-            Will they hold it up from FOREX for us to get through exchanging? Tony doesn’t know. Tier 3 will only get the FOREX rates. This could be what the referral number will be for.

-            Was the meeting saying by Monday just strictly banker or bankers and three letter agencies? After the call on Wednesday they said that the rv would happen by the end of the week. There was a memo that came out saying to be fully staffed Saturday morning. They had already been 60% or better staffed Thursday and today. Another memo came out saying that it would be live and fully functional by Monday. So, it could be anytime between now and Monday.

-            Any update on if they will have multiple De la Rue machines at the exchange location? No, Tony hasn’t asked, and they probably won’t tell us how many will be at each location. There is a possibility that there will be locations that will have to send off your currency to be counted.

Wrap Up: Tony hopes it goes tonight and we can have a call tomorrow. Tony is at the Superbowl and there might be a time when he is unavailable this weekend. He will get it out as soon as he can. Hopefully, it will be in the morning and be in the bank shortly thereafter. Be ready.
