Tony’s Monologue: It was a long and quiet weekend. As usual we were told that we would see it on Friday or Saturday. The bank people went into their locations on Saturday morning, they were told to wait all day, and then it didn’t go. It did not go because our allies wanted Trump to give Ukraine another billion dollars. Trump didn’t agree to it, and the rv didn’t go. He eventually agreed. At 10 am on Saturday it was approved to go but here we sit. Then on Sunday Tony was told that it was approved again, everybody has gone back to where they needed to be, and we would see it this morning. Apparently, it has happened. Also, Tony was told on Saturday that he was approved by the UST to get the 800 numbers, but he still has not received them. SKRs were told that they would be paid last night but today they are being told that they would be liquid in the morning. Iraq doesn’t need to do anything, the bank doesn’t need to do anything, and the banks have been told again that this is the week. Oil is supposed to start flowing between Turkey and Kurdistan by the first of March. They need a rate for that to happen. All the rates are still there. The high rates are still there and available. This was supposed to be available to the public today, up on FOREX, and we were supposed to have access to it a few days before that happened. Tony is guessing that it will all just happen and be public. They are all waiting to be told something and probably after 5 pm today. Today they are dealing with weekend business so the rv won’t kick off during normal operating hours for the banks.

Q & A:

-            Will they keep it off of FOREX until we have had a chance to exchange? Tony doesn’t know. It has been the plan but who knows what will happen tomorrow. We are supposed to be next. If they want it crazy and chaotic, that is their choice.

-            The rv call won’t be any earlier than 8 am or 10 am. It would work well for it to go out tonight and we can start setting appointments for tomorrow.

-            Have we seen the budget being finalized in public and do we have to see it, for it to go live? Tony doesn’t think we will see it until after the rv goes live.

-            One of Tony’s contacts said that it is going down tonight.

-            Are things being held up because of entities involved not feeling comfortable with it happening at this time? Yes, Tony thinks they have held it up for reasons like this. Even the recent events in the middle east continue to affect things. Post rv, the rv will affect the entire globe.

-            “Leave the World Behind”, a new movie that has good information.

Wrap Up: Tony is planning on doing a call sometime tonight. He hopes that this does come true, and we will go to the banks in the morning.
