Tony’s Monologue: We are supposed to be at the bank right now. Tony got it every day since Friday about us going in today. Banks scheduled appointments for today, but nobody knows why. They were all excited about today. Tomorrow it's supposed to go to the general public, but we are days behind the schedule that has been laid out. The only reason The rv was completed before Thanksgiving. They have had a live rate in the back room since Thanksgiving and they have been exchanging people since then. On Friday tony had told us that there was a large group of people that could exchange in Iraq. The ones exchanging are the military, and they could only do it in Iraq. Tony feels that we are not going because of what is happening in the stock market. That the rv won’t happen while there are millions being drained out of it. Tony also thinks that this is happening because of the tariffs being put in place. It probably came back up because Mexico was extended for another 30 days and there might be talks with Canada later today. So, all we can do is wait and see what happens this evening. The banks are ready, their people are ready, they were prepared for it to start today, and they scheduled appointments. Tony can see it happening if the markets come back either later this evening or tomorrow. The rates are still there, it is still live, Iraq did pass part of their budget, they said they would start people today, but they didn’t because the rate didn’t change, and everyone keeps getting held up. Some people think that we, the ones doing this exchange, will carry through this hard time by investing in ourselves, our friends, and our communities. Many people have said that they are planning for us to be a part of this. We are still waiting for this. Tony knows people that have been scheduled to go in, that went in, went through the process, which tried to force it through, and some that actually got it all the way through. It seems like when it is our turn something happens.

-            The feds paid out over the weekend, but the banks aren’t because the markets have crashed.

-            Do they provide insurance for assets under management? Trump is trying to do away with the FDIC. You will have to talk to the banks to know how they insure or protect it.

Wrap Up: Hopefully it happens this evening but not before 5 pm. Tomorrow is still supposed to be our day and what they have on the schedule. The DOW is back up a little. We don’t know what will happen after Trump talks to Canada. We do see right now that there are large protests in DC over USAID being shut down. Hopefully, we will be able to get through this today and the future. They think we will be able to support the US economy through this hard time. The latest update is that we should be at the banks in the morning according to the timeline that Tony just received. Be ready.
