Tony’s Monologue: It was a long weekend for Tony and Ray. Ray had been giving us hints over the weekend with what they were hearing. Everybody is saying it is done. It was supposed to come out yesterday after FOREX. It was supposed to come out today between 12 am and 4am. It could possibly be set to come out today at some point, but Tony won’t get the update on that until the end of the call. Everybody (three letter agencies and banks) have their meetings at the same time on Monday. The rate on the bank screen is 3.22 to sell and it has held at that rate since Friday. They are all saying they have a sales rate, but they are not allowed to sell it. No one has a buy rate. As near as Tony can figure, the sell rate is showing in the system to ensure that all the banks have the same rate around the world. We knew on Friday that someone was trying to manipulate the system and why they were doing it in sections. It was blocks of money (tranches) that were being transferred to see where it was going. As of this morning nothing has changed. They are still saying any minute. Nothing has changed in Iraq. They are looking at Israel and if they start bombing. Tony doesn’t think the rv will be today because it is Monday, they are finishing weekend business, and they could possibly be waiting for Wednesday which is the end of the month. Tony could be wrong, and they worked all weekend to try and make it happen. It makes sense to wait for the end of the month. With the WTO giving them until the 15th to make a decision on joining, it would make sense for them to change the rate on the 1st. No changes to the rates or procedures to report and we are all just sitting here at the stop light waiting for the go.

Q & A:

- Based on the election decision in Venezuela, will the Bolivar be removed? The banks say it is still there.

- Any protests about the dinar or updates on the Iraqi tv? No protests and they are reporting on what is going on with the dinar, the economy, the budget, and how 12B Dinar has disappeared even though the budget is not open.

- Is there anything new in Iraq that is holding the rv up? The only thing Iraq is talking about is the corruption in the CBI, they knew about it back in April, and they know it needs to be fixed.

- As of Friday, Iran is scared of what the future might bring, that Trump might be president again, and he will put all of the sanctions back on them. That their money will be cut off, so they are stealing as much money as they can.

- How many tranches were you referencing and are they still making transfers? It has been completed. Everything worked out, it all went like it was supposed to, and this is why they expected it two hours after FOREX opened. What is the percentage of the 28.50 rate allocated for us? Tony won’t tell us what the percentage is, he didn’t ask for it, and it was more than what he was going to ask for. How many of the dual citizens are still in power? Tony is not aware of any being removed and why they are struggling to gain control of it within the CBI.

Wrap Up: Information has not changed so far. It might change in the next couple of hours. Tony will tweet out an update if needed. Look for it and be ready for it. Hopefully, Tony is wrong, bank business from the weekend should be done by 5pm, and maybe it will take off. Be ready.
