Tony’s Monologue: It’s been a long day and stuff has been going on. This morning, Tony received a phone call saying it is done today, agreed upon, and that we are going to see it. Tony also received hours and days that we would see it at. Everyone agrees again and Trump has given the go. Tony then receives that it’s agreed, we will be given a go, the fed res has released all the money, and this is the time we will go. Then Tony got Iran has made some sort of agreement and now we are free to go. Tony then got the opposite that nothing was agreed and it’s a no go. He also received that some banks have gotten the go and that they will give SKRs for those that they exchange. Tony got reasons why it didn’t go last night, and it was some technical details. The good part right now is that it is still supposed to happen sometime tonight. When we look behind the curtain, Iraq has done their part. It was a subtle announcement but now it is supposed to be a very public announcement once it is on FOREX. For years there have been plans for Iraq to have ten days and us to have an additional ten days before this hits FOREX. The go has been given, Trump has approved it, and the banks are now choosing not to go forward. The houthis are still in play, there is a large contingent of military in the region, and this shows signs of what is about to happen. Iran doesn’t want a war, but they don’t want to give up their nuclear program. The US is trying to make a deal with Iran. Iran is being very quiet. There has been a lot of “accidents” going on over there with munitions and things being destroyed. This is a warning and as a show of someone wanting to do something. As per Tony he believes Israel is wanting a war with Iran. How does this affect the rv? The banks have a go, but they don’t trust this administration and if things go wrong, they don’t want to be on the hook for this money. Their goal is for this to show up on FOREX because then it is guaranteed. The banks have the rates, and they are on their screens. The rates are greyed out though. From three letter agencies, the plan prior to Trump is gone, new plans have been worked out, and there is an agreement in place. They are now going to try and do it at a certain time. The bottom line is that the tariffs have thrown everyone’s numbers up in the air and made for a lot of chaos. The banks are not on standby, not working 12-hour shifts, they can’t see the rates, they had meetings on Sunday and today, and this is all being brought up because of the majority telling Tony it’s going and the banks not doing it. It is supposed to go on FOREX between 12 and 6. This is not what they wanted, it was always supposed to go on a Friday, Iraq could have a weekend to update everything, and the banks could feel good about this. Sudani is supposed to make an announcement between now and Sunday. Some are saying that the actual exchange of the numbers will be done by the IMF or World Bank. The banks don’t want to do this, so they are not hung out to dry. The rv itself has been done and completed, the numbers have been set, and now the banks just have to be comfortable to complete it. The big question is, when does it go on FOREX and when is this complete? Things are still scheduled to go this evening according to the meetings they are having. Oil is down and the rates are higher than we ever thought they would be. The banks are telling Tony they are expecting it tomorrow and the rest of the week. This goes with what everyone else is saying. On Friday, the goal was to have it done by Tuesday morning. If not, then to have it done by Friday evening. It could also be done at some point in between so we can all be shocked. Wednesday call will be late in the evening.

Q & A:

-            Are we going to go to Friday with this? The banks already have the money. They are supposed to be making the decision on if it is going tonight, which is why Tony has heard that it could go tonight.

-            When will it go tomorrow? If it happens it would be in the wee hours before most of us wake up. Possible between midnight and eight am eastern.

-            If the banks have the money, how could they get caught out? Tony feels that the UST could take back the money if they wanted to.

-            Will we still get the higher rates even if the FOREX rate comes out? Yes, the higher rate will still be available to us, the internet group that uses the 800 numbers.

-            Is the Soberano negotiable beyond the .30 cents? We have had rates up to .83 cents so yes, it is possible and even the 3-dollar rate could be possible.

Wrap Up: Today was only half the information. There are a lot of things going on. Tony thinks he can see where we are headed. We are next and we need to remind ourselves that it will happen. Be ready.
