Tony’s Monologue: We were looking for a big announcement in Iraq that Tony assumed would be about the rv. As of right now Tony really doesn’t know of any announcement being made and is only seeing things about the Israeli attack on Iran. Tony was glad to see the Israeli attack on Iran because it has been the one thing holding us up. It was the hurdle that we had to get over and it went the way we needed it to. They only attacked what they had agreed to with the US. The Aitolia has said they would retaliate but, in the backroom, they are saying it is over and done with. The three letter agencies are saying they are ready to go. They were called in last night, they brought all their people in, and they were told it would go today. It was supposed to go today. The banks have not been informed that it is going today. Fifteen minutes ago, Tony was told that it should go tomorrow or Thursday. Tomorrow means it must happen after 5 pm tonight and after the close of business. Iraq is ready for it, and they are letting their people exchange internationally over the internet to multiple countries. This means there has to be an exchange rate for all those different countries. Iraq has also notified their people that if they are not part of the biometric system they will not be able to get their paycheck. This is how close they are to going digital and for this to happen. The banks still have the rates on their screens, but they are still on hold. So, this means it can be released at any time. Our biggest hurdle of a regional war in the middle east seems to have been squashed. No one wants a regional war, and this should let the rv move forward. The rates have not changed, the system has not changed. The banks are frustrated even though the three letter agencies are excited. Tony is waiting for an update from the bank to see if they get notified about it possibly going.

Q & A:

-     Who was saying it should go tomorrow or Thursday? That came from a three-letter agency.

-          Could there be a delay if we go past the election? Iran doesn’t want a war. They are saying they want an agreement and that the sanctions are removed from their currency. They are afraid of Trump and are concerned about the outcome of the election.

-           What is the expectation of adding the Iranian Real to the basket? It was added to the basket years ago at 3 dollars and something. It made no sense because it was a sanctioned currency. They are now saying as part of the agreement that if they don’t attack Israel then some of the sanctions would be removed from their currency.

-            Any update on the Iraqi protests or anything coming out of the mosques? Apparently, the protest didn’t happen, and Tony has not heard anything out of the mosques. They keep telling them through all the news channels that it is going to happen, just not when.

Wrap Up: It is done. The banks still have it. It is a live rate, but they have it on hold, so it cannot be processed before the right time. It is there. They are saying it is the time to do this because Israel has done what they were going to do. We have a window between now and the 5th of Nov. Israel is going to keep bombing Lebanon but everyone else is supposed to come to a standstill. Tony did receive a call saying that it should go tomorrow or Thursday. This is when Tony is looking for it.
