Tony’s Monologue: The rv is supposed to be tonight. This is what they didn’t want us to tell you. No one knows why it didn’t go. One three letter agency is saying this evening. Tony does have a time this evening and it should be done by tonight. Another three-letter agency is expecting it after hours into the morning. Another agency is saying any time after 2pm. Different guys at different agencies saying the same thing. We have three-letter agencies, and the banks are saying they are on alert through tomorrow. Iraq is on a holiday and tomorrow is the last day of their three-day holiday. Things are moving forward, and everyone is happy. Three letter agencies are saying they must have a tradable rate by tomorrow to join the WTO. We know that it is already on the back side, banks are seeing it, and we know they have been trading it. Now all we can do is wait and see what happens tomorrow. 

Q & A:

-       Is there anything in the background that they are blaming Iraq for not doing? Technically and administratively, they are saying everything was done. They were saying they had something to accomplish at the UN, they did it last night, and sometime after 2pm eastern today the window opens, and it is supposed to be completed before the WTO makes its announcement tomorrow. 

-         Is Iraq going solo if they rv? When the dinar goes, we have 7 currencies on our list that will increase and reset. For Iraq to join the WTO, do they need a non-program rate? That is what Tony is being told is going to happen. When the dinar revalues the other currencies will revalue at the same time. These are two separate things.

-         Could there be capital gains tax on our currencies or them sneak that in on us? Tony does not think you need receipts for the currencies. Those showing up at the banks with suitcase loads of money have had their account frozen by homeland security while they investigate. Again, Tony is saying there are no taxes on the exchange. 

-        Have they released the lower denoms? They have not and they won’t until the rv occurs. They are in the ATMs and Tony is positive about that. 

-            Difference between the ZIM and ZIG? Tony doesn’t know and has been told they will take all of it. 

Wrap Up: What Tony is being told is after 2pm eastern the window opens. It is expected between 2 pm and 2 am could very well see something happen. Nothing but good news. System is running. They are all powered up and energized thinking something will happen tonight. Be like them.
