Tony’s Monologue: Monday, Tony told us that he didn’t think it would happen until the end of the month. The banks had to bring in all of their people yesterday. They set up new tellers and they have a new name, Specialty Tellers. If you walk into the banks today, you should see them. Tony called his bank sources asking if they got this information. Some said they did, and some said they did not. The ones that did not get the call until later that evening brought their people in this morning. It probably won’t happen until after 5 pm today. No one has told Tony this, but he thinks it will probably happen between 12am and 4 am. They did say that they thought they had their final meeting, and they were celebrating. We know it is there and done. There were new agreements made in Iraq. They agreed to shut down some banks, consolidate some banks, and they have agreed to have US Banks do the dollar transfers through the CBI. This is because no one knows where the money is going. They agreed to cut off the Iranian banks and the Iraqi banks that didn’t want to do right. The banks that did not want to perform correctly were consolidated and brought under the Federal Reserve. This is why everyone is excited that the rv will happen today. Today is a good day. They still have the rate. They have a sell rate on the screen, not the tellers, and they don’t have a buy rate yet.

Q & A:

- What do I put on the bank contract to be able to move the money to a trust? Add and/or assigns after your signature.

- Does the budget not matter anymore? The budget has been approved and there was an article saying that it was in force this morning. Will we see the budget in the gazette at some point? The budget is finalized, and it is in the gazette. It is just in the digital version, and they have not printed it. They won’t until after the rv happens.

- Did they meet everything that was required by the Fed Res? They met everything and it is what they said last night. Should we see this in the next couple of days? The banks brought in their people yesterday and this morning.

- Do all the banking issues have to be settled before the rv can happen? The WTO gave them 30 days (until the 15th of August) to accept their membership. In order to do that they need to accomplish these banking things. The UST and Fed Res told them they have certain things they need to do and they do not have forever to do it. They did it by consolidating the banks and shutting down banks that can’t follow the rules. They can now be monitored by the Fed Res and Chase can track where all the money goes.

- Tony will provide an email to send in your exchange information on the rv call and the chatroom will be opened up again. Tony also mentioned that you need to ask for the highest rate possible and hinted that some might be able to get more than 28.50.

- Do all the banks have these specialty tellers or just a select few? Tony only knows of this for the banks that he talks to. He is not sure how long these specialty tellers will be around. Do you anticipate any holds on our money after the exchange? Usually when you do cash it is immediately available. Supposedly you should have 10% available that day and the rest the next. You should see it in your account right after you exchange.

- Tony is waiting for an update from the banks that were having meetings this morning.

Wrap Up: We are all set, ready to go. They are having meetings as we speak. They are bringing people in as we speak. Everyone is anticipating something this evening. Tony has his time frame for this, but the banks are bringing people in to work. Hopefully, they are right, and Tony is wrong. Hopefully, we will have another call today, set up appointments, and go to the bank. Tomorrow is the first day of August. We should anticipate something within the first fifteen days of August if not in the first 15 hours. The site will change tomorrow if this goes down. It should be a good day for us all.
