Tony’s Monologue: There is no information at all today. Everyone is quiet and everyone Tony has tried to talk to has no comment. The banks are frustrated and tired of being on standby. That they have had to come in on multiple Saturdays and nothing has happened. Maybe today is our day since we are not hearing from anyone. At least that is what Tony is hoping for. They did say Monday night was a good time for this to happen and this morning. They have said they are trying to do it and maybe it is happening. This is the first day that Tony has not heard anything. Iraq has said that there will be a change in their banking system on Saturday. We are waiting and anticipating. We are all excited. Today is the first with everyone being quiet and Tony feels excited about things.

Q & A:

-            Any update on taxes on the exchange here in the US? Tony has not heard of anyone exchanging that has had to pay taxes.

-            Do you expect a higher rate than 1.5 cents on the bolivar? Tony reported this because it was on the exchanges and banks had it on their screens. There is a hold on it with the banks so it can’t be exchanged. Tony has been told by the bank that they are going to pay 30 cents on the Bolivar. People have exchanged for .53 and .73 cents.

-            Are we waiting on the budget to be exposed or are we waiting on something else? The budget has been completed and won’t be out there until the rv is announced because it has the new rate. There have been requirements and requests put on Sudani and Iraq. They are trying to put things in the right position for things to happen and could be holding up the rv. Sanctions have been put in place. There could be an Iranian possibility that is holding things up.

-            Will the rates on the currencies change since the US dollar has weakened? Yes, and it will be based on the economy on that day.

-            Have they been put under an NDA or something so that they won’t talk to you? They are not answering calls or texts today. This is highly unusual, and Tony is hoping that we will have a rv today.

Wrap Up: Tony has not heard anything today. He was told that they would get back with him, but they have not yet. This is from all the agencies and none of them have talked since last night. The banks are frustrated and haven’t said anything. Everyone is quiet today. They are saying they are going to try and get it done today. All we can do is wait and see. Tony feels that the possibility is there for it to go through. We are only waiting on one guy and what is holding things up is outside of the rv/system.
