Tony’s Monologue: On the last call we were waiting for updates of information. Tony got them but didn’t send them out. We are here and ready to go. Documents are signed. Yesterday everybody was excited, borderline giddy. They said bouncing off the walls and on pins and needles too. Meetings were concluded with the IMF and UN, bank memos were sent out, and everyone was told to gear up. That it was going to be done before Trump’s speech. A couple hours before the speech they were told that it would happen after so he could take credit for it. That way things could not get messed up. The banks called in their people to the parking lots but not into the banks. It didn’t go. It is tomorrow morning, and we are doing a regular call again. We are here and they are excited because it all got done. All the contacts are waiting for the go and for Tony to get the 800 numbers. It is radio silence this morning for when we are going to start. They are in meetings right now, finalizing it, or something. Tony is waiting for it and that there is a good chance that it will happen this afternoon or evening for us. Maybe after midnight in Iraq. The only thing that has changed between yesterday and today is that Tony has still not received the 800 numbers. Today Tony is waiting to see what comes out of today’s meetings and see if there is a start time. They thought Trump was going to say something about it last night, some subtle message, but we are still here. Rates are still there, the process hasn’t changed, and we are just waiting for the go. 

Q & A:

-            Any chance the banks won’t take the Soberano and only the digitalis? They are quoting the Soberano rate so it would stand to reason they would take both. 

-            Any idea how soon it will be put on FOREX? No, they keep saying it is done both here and in Iraq. 

-            Why are the bank employees being called in but only allowed to sit in the parking lot? No, it is people waiting to exchange and not the bank employees. These are people that have been doing this for the last couple of weeks and are scattered across the country. 

-            Do you have any insight into why the Bolivar will generate so much wealth from such a worthless currency? Ray does not know why and only that it is the value that they have assigned to it. Venezuela has more oil than anyone in the world. Is the rate negotiable? Tony believes that it will be based on how much you have. 

-             Are they still in those meetings and are you hearing anything from them while they are in there? The banks are having meetings. Everyone else is just quiet because they said it was over yesterday. The banks are having meetings right now and said they were gearing up last night. No , Tony doesn’t have any new information and is still waiting on it. 

-            Are these the top banks in one meeting or each bank having their own? Right now, it is each bank having their own meeting. Last week it was all three CEOs that had a meeting. 

-            Is there any chance they are changing any of the protocols that we know of? No, Tony has not heard that. Only that they are training new people this last weekend.

-            Do we still need to get in there fast or do we have time? Last night Tony was told to get in there fast before something else happens or things get stopped. 

-          Could Trump saying balancing the budget be the hint towards the rv? It could have been or the gold visa that people can buy for 5 million apiece. 

Wrap Up: Right now, we are waiting. They are meeting. The last word Tony got is that it is official, it is over, and it is a go. It was supposed to happen before the speech, then after the speech, and now we are waiting today. We still have this opportunity available and nothing saying that it has been stopped. Be ready.
