Tony's Monologue: Nothing is happening today. They said it was supposed to happen between 2 am and 3 am this morning. It doesn’t make sense for it to happen on 9/11. It could absolutely happen tomorrow or Friday. Some people are looking for an opportunity to force this to happen. If they can make it go live for 5 minutes, then they could run with it, and try to force it to continue. We know it is there, we gave out the rates on Monday, and the bankers are there. Tony did get a little more background information on how he will get the 800 numbers and the process. This gives Tony a little more confidence with this going. Today in Iraq they are showing the ATMs again, the cards, and how to use them. They are showing them how to get money off of their phones, use QR codes, and be able to pay with your phone. This shows how far their banking system is completed and one of the pieces that we needed to see. They are saying they are at 95% of their transactions being legitimate and they are doing this with the UST. They want to be at 100% within a year and no UST involvement. Tony is recommending that we watch While The Rest of Us Die on Vice TV. It has episodes about the enemies within, civil unrest, the shadow government, and why the Iraq war happened. It is still there, the Banks are still there right now, and tomorrow is a good day. Iraq has invited the Iranian president over there today and is another reason why it won’t happen today.

Q & A:

- Will all 5 top tier banks be at the exchange? Tony doesn’t know if this will be the case or not. It sounds like the 800 number will take you to the foundation banks and then you can move your money. They were putting together a system to be able to do that last Friday.

- Do you have a rate for the Bolivar? Ray has heard .30 and .37.

- Is there a limit on bank-to-bank wire transfers and if it is international? Tony doesn’t know but it is why they are setting up the system that has been discussed.

- Will we be given the 800 numbers on a call? Yes, and Tony will go over the whole process.

- The banks are saying the ZIM will go. 33 will be the start rate and any higher rate will be based on what you have. They are saying they are having some issues with time frame and time zones. Iraq is done with the whole thing and just waiting for it to be released like we are.

- Where would I get a number for Chase or another bank to set up an exchange? Not sure but again they will be able to transfer money at your exchange. Once Tony gets the 800 numbers they will direct him on the rest. It appears that the other banks (not Wells Fargo) will reach out to their customers that have bought currency through them.

- You must have everything in order, and they are not going to go through a bunch of questions at your exchange.

Wrap Up: Everybody is still ready to go. Everyone still has the rates, and they are waiting for the go. They are prepared to move large sums of your money. They have been testing the system. Tony has been updated on how he is going to be contacted. Iraq says they are done. The banks say they are done. The IMF says Iraq is done, it is not on the Iraq side, and it is on this side. The banks are ready and waiting for getting their go. Tony and the banks both are waiting for their email. For the last three days Tony has been told why it has not gone. It doesn’t make any sense for it to happen today on 9/11. Hopefully, it will happen in the next couple of days. We know they have set times for it to go. We are at that point and Tony likes it.
