Tony’s Monologue: Tony didn’t expect to be here today. We shouldn’t be here and should be on to our next phase of things. Iraq is continuing on with their business, they are transferring their banks, making new agreements, touting how their banks are international, their partnerships with US banks, and auditing firms are auditing their 13 banks. They will put more security to stop the smuggling and track all their financial transactions. Iraq is telling everyone that they have 95% of the money they move and only have 5% left on the platform. It will be shut down by the end of the year. They have done everything the UST has asked them to do and wanted them to do. The people were selling back their dollars, and it is happening like it’s supposed to. Tony was told to look for the 800 numbers on Saturday morning and he still doesn’t have them. He was told again this morning that it is live and sitting there. The three letter agencies are saying it is live and has been for over a week. The banks are saying that it is live, and they also told him the 800 numbers are on the way. As of this morning it is still live, and we are still waiting. There is nothing we can do other than wait. Oil is down to 73 dollars. Everyone is quiet and waiting for it to happen. They were anticipating it to go between Friday and Sunday. It was supposed to happen Saturday at midnight. Then it was supposed to go on Monday, then Tuesday night, and now it is Thursday. No one knows why it hasn’t been released. People have been called by the bank that were initially told that they would schedule an appointment this morning but are now being told that they will have to wait until this afternoon. No bad news.

- Is the Bolivar still in the basket? Yes. Venezuela received new sanctions from the US, but it was not on the currency, it was on the oil.

- Has a timeline or window been given to you? Tony has been told this afternoon/evening but doesn’t believe it. Who is holding it up right now? Everyone is saying they are waiting on the IMF.

- Have they changed the rate in Iraq? No, it has not happened yet. Did Alaq make it back to Iraq? Tony does not know where he is. Everything was announced on Friday, and they are putting things into action.

- Is anyone on this end trying to push the rv forward? No, Tony doesn’t think that they have even tried to do that. It would be like trying to tell your boss what to do.

- Any chance the budget will be published today in a special edition? Everyone is aware of it, but it won’t be seen until after the rv happens.

- What is your thought on this being the last pre-rv call? Tony was told that it could happen tonight.

Wrap Up: It is done and has been done since last week. Tony’s update on Saturday was to look for the 800 numbers. He has been told to start looking for it this evening. It is live and it could happen at a moment’s notice. Be ready, don’t wait to be ready. There will be a text and email notification going out to the TNT members for the rv call. Tony is not overly excited, he is expecting more updates today, and will send out any vital information if he gets it.
